Provisions |

OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assumes all responsibilities for locating and marking all sub
surface utilities prior to installation.
2. Provide adequate water and electricity.
3. Immediately notify us of any work or items the owner may
intend to back charge us, and give us the opportunity and a
reasonable amount of time to accomplish any required
corrections.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
1. Pavers are not entirely maintenance free products. Additional
sweeping of sand into the joints if required, will be
responsibility of the owner after we complete the sweeping.
2. Effloresce or other paver discoloration is not within the
scope of our responsibilities.
3. We are not responsible for settling due to failure of sub
grade.
4. A ¼" variance in 10' is the industry standard for paver
installations.
5. All work to be completed in a workman like manner, in
accordance with industry standards.
6. Any deviation from above or proceeding specifications
involving additional cost will only be executed upon written
request at an additional charge.
7. Any requirement for sod, or other landscape activity, which
may be needed, subsequently to installation is not our
responsibility. This includes back filling up against the
trawled concrete retaining edge.
8. Installer hereby provides a one-year warranty. All material
supplied are subject to manufacturers specifications and
warranty.
9. In the event the installer must pursue collection of monies
owed us, relative to this project, the owner agrees to pay all
reasonable costs incurred us as a result of said collection.
10. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, weather,
manufacturing delays and all other delays beyond our control.
11. In the event of installer not being paid in full, relative
to this project, the owner agrees to the repossession of all
materials installed.
Please Note: Upon order of your pavers, you will receive a
certified "Notice to Owner" from the manufacturer. All this
indicates is that the order has been placed. You are not liable
for any payment at that time. It is a standard procedure to
protect a subcontractor or supplier for the services or goods
they have secured on your behalf. All subcontractors/suppliers
will be paid directly by Mr. Marcite. Your payments are only due
as indicated in your contract. |
